they are slightly different, the disc offset is different on a 406.To fit them you need to use gti6 discs and grind a small amount of the carrier ...

i think they're not compatible, the part numbers in Demon tweeks's catalouge are different.Best bet is to try fitting it!

its probably due to the rack, as space is relatively tight there, best bet would be to replace the manifold and keep the o.e downpipe as the whole set...

but if it doesnt plug into your existing setup and you actually do need a cat just remove it and plug the hole with a suitably sized bolt.
