They definately used a 180 with 180 wheels... bumpers on the 180 are the same as a 138 except for a slightly wider exhaust cutout...

Get some new clamps from the Peugeot dealer...they're less than £5 each and better than other clamps available...
You can't just remove the cat...the 2nd lambda is expecting to see gasses that have come through the cat. They will be seeing the exact emissions that...
