If you remove all the inlet trunking and manifold from a 180 it's exactly the same as a 138...apart from some light attention to the ports on the head...
TMS in Leeds want £2.5k for a 206 GTi TB kit, don't see why it would be much different on a 180...

Well the 138 system when it leaves the factory is in 3 parts..manifold, mid section incorporating cat and silencer then near the back axle the bac...
For the RC/180 yes because it's group N but there's upgraded parts from other 206's that will go on a 180.
