Did you fit a genuine Lambda sensor ? or a universal item ? I think if you take the battery leads off for 12 hours the Ecu will revert to its origion...

114 bhp at the wheels ? 178 at the fly i would expect . My 205 1.9 tuned 8v gives 132 at the wheels thats about 160-170 max fly power approx 25-28%...
