You will be well aware of the current situation regarding COVID-19 which is drastically affecting all motor sport activity let alone the country as a whole. Shenstone & DCC, the Motor Club that own and operate Curborough issued a statement yesterday to confirm that in light of the current conditions the facility will be closed until further notice. S & DCC are following government instructions and guidelines with regard to the use of Curborough during this epidemic which is broadly closing down the operation of the course. This unfortunately means that our PSCUK event which was planned for Bank Holiday Monday 13th April will not now go ahead. Refunds will be issued to all those that have purchased tickets over the course of the next few days. Furthermore, PSCUK have taken the tough decision to cancel the planned Yorkshire driving weekend based on government guidelines. Whilst many of you will be disappointed, we feel we have no option in order to safeguard members and protect the health of others that we may come into contact with over the course of the weekend. Many of you will be anxious about our annual festival and whilst at this time we have no firm plans to cancel this, the pressures of the outbreak and our need to be seen to be acting in a manner that protects people means that we will be liaising with Prescott on a number of issues. At this time the planned Peugeot Festival ticket launch date of 14 April will be delayed until further notice and more information will follow over the next few weeks. Thanks for your understanding.
