Right then, a great year and up overall on 2012. A big push on pre-event sales (necessary in case of poor weather) the biggest highlight.

£7651 - Pre ticket sales (up £1309 on 2012)
£400 - On the day membership (8 new, 1 rejoin and 11 renewals)
£3770 - Gate receipts
£1721 - Hill receipts from the day (242 on the day, 276 pre booked)
£856 - Merchandise on the day

£14398 - Total funds from the event (2012 was £12700 or so)

Deductions

£350 - Float
£80 - Mats sold
£500 - Alec and gate staff
£210 - Trophies
£50 - (Approx) 205 raffle prize
£576 - BOC deposit
£5706 - BOC fee
£210 - Revised/new signs

Total deductions - £7682

Total 'profit' - £6716 (less minor expenses and incidentals)

Current bank balance = £30,053.56 + £231.21 Paypal + £105 cheques to clear = £30,388.77.

An excellent result and one we should all be proud of.
