Pugfest 2013 planning

-360 days Book venue - Done

-300 days Finalise logo / order flyers - Done

-210 days Update Pugfest website with new logo and relevant material - Done (plus new website too)

January

-180 days send out traders invites, Create 1st press release and send

March

-120 days Start advertising magazines / forums - forums done, Book car park attendants – Alex Fleming – 01684 296809

early April

-75 days Tickets live in shop, Send 2nd Press release.

May

-60 days Order merchandise, Order wristbands - Done

June

-30 days Ensure public liability is valid / renew, Get MSA exemption certificate, Finalise traders / request final payment, Print vehicle passes

28 June

-16 days Tickets dispatched

4 July

-10 days Last ticket sales

10 July

- 3 days Get float from bank

13 July

-1 day Put up direction signs, Organise venue

0 days Run the event!:waytogo:pugbanner:rain:

16 July

+2 days All monies banked

19 July

+5 days Thank you letters sent out to traders

21 July
