Denied PSOOC Member Status? In requesting this upgrade, some of you are not including the information the Web Team need to do this. Requesting PSOOC Member Status Please ensure you have: 1. A valid membership number your profile 2. When applying for group membership in you user CP, In the Reason Field please enter your POSTCODE for validation This will then be sent to the Supermods who will cross check this against the current membership database and grant you access. Without these details we cannot upgrade you. To add your membership number, go into your User CP (at the top of the page on the left) and on the menu in there, under Settings & Options is "Edit Profile". Click on this. At the bottom of the page, under additional information, the first entry is "Your Number". To apply for PSOOC Member status, go into your User CP and on the menu in there, under Miscellaneous is "Group Memberships". Click on this. This brings up a list of public joinable groups with "The following groups are available for you to join" Click on "Join Group" It will ask you for a reason. Please enter your postcode in here for validation. Click on Send Request This will then be sent to the Supermods who will cross check this against the current membership database and grant you access. :logo:
