Okay flavour seems to be prompt start 11.00 -12.00 brief committee rundown (henry thats 10.00 for you!!) AGM 13.00 till latest 16.00 (but finish asap) After running through the Committee reports..we have Calendars..bother for next year (Henry) Questions from Floor Any thing else?? or is it quick exit? :D I have booked a Data Projector...but will need laptop etc.
